Osram Sylvania Phosphorous Recycling Facility

Bristol Group once again was called upon by this repeat customer to construct a new 7,500-square-foot facility to house state-of-the-art recycling machinery to reclaim the phosphorous coating on the interior side of fluorescent light bulbs.

In order to match the existing facilities and take advantage of low-cost per square foot, a hybrid precast / pre-engineered metal building was selected. The front elevation is 100% precast concrete panel in order to match Osram’s Midwest Distribution Center near the new facility. The remaining three sides are standard pre-engineered metal building construction with standing seam roof.
