The BlueSky Logistics project needed to be built in record time while maintaining the highest quality. There were also site conditions that needed attention.
Bristol Group was selected as the general contractor and the precast supplier. Combining these capabilities Bristol Group was able to shorten the construction schedule. To help facility site issues Bristol Group also deployed some of its own heavy equipment. This kept the project moving and allowed Bristol to finish ahead of schedule.
The owner was able to occupy their space ahead of schedule.
