CMWA needed to design and construct a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility adjacent to their existing facilities, but they were completely out of space on their site. The new building would facilitate the manufacturing of aluminum wheels, from molten aluminum to finished product ready to ship.

Bristol Group was hired to evaluate several locations to construct the building. Bristol Group recommended CMWA purchase a
property adjacent to their existing property to avoid costly site utility relocation. The chosen site presented another challenge: requiring almost 50 feet of fill material. Bristol moved nearly 600,000 cubic yards of material and crushed most of the material on site.

CMWA moved into their space on time and Bristol Group maintained their original budget. Bristol used precast concrete to create the walls of several pits inside the building. This allowed CMWA to move in their highly specialized equipment on time.
