Bristol Group was tasked with designing and constructing a 115 room hotel for Fairfield Inn. They needed a fast schedule, which meant avoiding weather delays.
Bristol Group was able to deliver a turn-key solution, doing everything from the sitework to handing the keys over to the owner. Bristol Group used architectural precast with a brick veneer to avoid weather delays and to achieve the aesthetic look Fairfield was looking for.
This project was designed and constructed in 15 months. The client was able to move in on-time without any schedule changes or delays.
