Bristol Group was tasked with designing and constructing a 127 room hotel for Hyatt Place. The building needed to be more efficient and have a faster delivery.
This construction of a new 127-room mid-rise hotel follows the prototype design created for Hyatt’s entry into the highway hotel market. Bristol has adapted the Hyatt design to an economic, yet structurally superior pre-cast concrete wall and floor system. Other building elements include structural steel, cast-in-place concrete sheer walls and columns, and an attractive glass window system.
This project was designed and constructed in 13 months. The client was able to move in on-time and start generating revenue.
