  • The Challenge

Bristol Group was tasked with designing and constructing a state of the art medical office building for University of Kentucky Healthcare. The client wanted a modern aesthetic with a functional plan that immolates the values and integrity they bring to their clients.

  • Bristol Group Solution

The envelope is a combination of energy efficient viracon glass, edicott brick and clear anodized column surrounds. The interior contains a dramatic two-story atrium with mahogany wall panels and granite floors throughout. The building is designed for maximum flexibility with large, open floor plans. The building is 90% efficient from a gross/net standpoint.
