The client needed someone to design and construct a 400,000-sf building for distribution in Elizabethtown, KY.
Bristol Group evaluated the client’s needs and offered a solution using conventional steel and tilt-up wall panels. This approach was utilized based on time of year the construction took place, the labor market and availability of precast wall panels.
