Bristol Group was tasked with designing and constructing a facility for Creform that emulates their company’s values and mission while maintaining a tight budget. The facility needed to include an office area, demo room and manufacturing space.
Bristol Group proposed a hybrid structure utilizing a PEMB frame for the manufacturing space and conventional steel with precast wall panels for the two-story office area. The exterior features brick inlay precast wall panels, energy efficient low-e glass, clear anodized aluminum storefront and an aluminum entry canopy.
The result was a uniquely designed building that showcases Creform, their brand and their products. The building was constructed on budget and finished on time.
