Bristol Group was asked to match the design of the UK Healthcare building on the adjacent site by Saint Joseph East. The client wanted a modern aesthetic with a functional plan that shows the values and integrity they bring to their clients.
The envelope is a combination of energy efficient Viracon glass, edicott brick and clear anodized column surrounds. The interior contains a dramatic two-story atrium with mahogany wall panels and granite floors throughout. The building is designed for maximum flexibility with large, open floor plans. The building is 90% efficient from a gross/net standpoint. Built for the speculative office market, it was fully leased prior to completion.
This project was designed and constructed in 10 months.
